▪ Check-In: 15:00 / Check Out: 11:00
▪ All kinds of Smoking are prohibited - Guests found in the act of or with evidence of Smoking will incur a KRW 200,000 fine for the room restoration.
▪ Keep it in mind that guest(s) will be held responsible for any loss or damages.
▪ All pets are prohibited; you will be asked to leave the hotel if found.

Extra Services

▪ Free parking is available for one car per room.
▪ Additional costs for extra bottled water and towels.
• Water bottle: KRW 1,000 / bottle
• Towel: KRW 1,000 / towel
▪ Late Check Out
• After 11:00, an extra fee of KRW 20,000 per hour
• After 15:00, fee of one night stay

Indoor Pool / Sky Pool

▪ Children (under the age of 13) must be accompanied by an adult(s).
▪ One ticket per person; there is no re-entry.
▪ Any kind of personal Inflatable floats are prohibited (Life jackets are provided)
▪ Swimsuits/Rash Guards, Swimming Hats/Caps are required.
▪ No External Food
▪ Filming underwater/inside is not permitted.

- Operating on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, National Holiday, the day before National Holiday
(Until the end of November)
- Opening Hours :
• Part 1: 13:00 ~ 18:00
• Part 2: 19:00 ~ 22:00
• If rains, guests will be asked to utilise Indoor Pools due to potential risks.
• After 19:00, minors (Under the age of 19) cannot enter.
- Fee :
• Adults (13 years or older):
• Weekdays: KRW 28,000
• Weekends: KRW 38,000

• Children (Age 4 ~ 12; under 48 months cannot enter):
• Weekdays: KRW 18,000
• Weekends: KRW 25,000

- Operating all year round
- Opening Hours :
• Part 1: 10:00 ~ 14:00
• Part 2: 15:00 ~ 20:00
- Adults (13 years or older):
• Weekdays: KRW 20,000
• Weekends: KRW 28,000

- Children (Age 3 ~ 12):
• Weekdays: KRW 12,000
• Weekends: KRW 20,000
• Free of Charge for under 36 months

▪ Kids Zone, Fitness Zone / Floor 3
- Opening Hours : 10:00 ~ 20:00
- Free of Charge for guests

▪ EMART 24 / Lobby
- Opening Hours :
• Manned Hours: 08:00 ~ 23:00
• Unmanned Hours: 23:00 ~ 08:00
- Alcohols are only sold during manned hours.
