Hotel Marina Bay Seoul (referred as ‘company’) explains how the processed CCTV data is being used and managed.

1. Purpose of CCTV Instalment
The company follows the Personal Information Protection Act and instals and operates CCTV for the following purposes.
-Safety of Facilities; including prevention of fire and thefts.
-Safety of Customers and Prevention of potential crimes
-Prevention of theft and damages of vehicles ※ When the parking availability exceeds 30 cars, can be installed according to Article 6 (1) of the Enforcement Rules of the Parking Lot Act.

6. Matters concerning the method and accessing of personal image information;

It contains the date and time of generation of personal image information, the purpose of access, person accessing the information, and date of access to prevent forgery or alteration of personal image information. In addition, personal image information is stored in controlled areas for safe physical storage with locks.

9. Matters concerning changes in personal information processing policies;
This image information processing and management policy was enacted on June 30, 2023. If the contents are added, deleted, or modified due to changes in laws, policies, or security technologies, the company's website will be notified at least 10 days before implementation.
